YALARI Yalari is a relatively young not-for-profit company established in 2005 by Indigenous man Waverley Stanley and his wife Llew Mullins. Our vision is to educate and empower Indigenous children from regional, rural and remote communities to bring about generational change through the provision of scholarships to Indigenous children to attend boarding schools throughout Australia. Due to the rapid growth of the company and the need to refresh and rebrand our collateral, we engaged the team at Artshak at the commencement of 2010. Selecting Artshak was easy given my previous extremely positive experience in working with Shelley and her talented designers. While our brief was simple – ‘keep our brand fresh and young’- the challenge was to ensure that the original brand created by the Founders wasn’t compromised. Through a delicate, innovative and thorough process and by effective communication, the team created our new magazine, invitations and programs for all fundraising events and promotional brochures and folders. Feedback from our scholars, donors, sponsors and supporters has been overwhelmingly positive. Artshak has also been very supportive of our events and attended our Brisbane Gala Dinner in 2010. Artshak has had an 8 year relationship with Spotless, in particular Airport Services within the Food Services division. During this time Artshak has played an integral role within our entire brand portfolio.
